PLASMA TABLE CUTTING
CNC plasma cutting with tight tolerances on steel and aluminum — from one-off prototypes to repeat production runs.

Fitzgerald, Georgia / Est. 2024
CNC plasma cutting and hand-finished metal work out of South Georgia. One table, one fabricator, zero shortcuts.

The Shop
James Fabrication started in 2024 in Fitzgerald, Georgia with a plasma table, a welder and an obsession with making things that last. What began as a hobby turned into a shop turning out custom orders across South Georgia.
Every job is run by the same set of hands — from the file on the computer to the final grind and finish. That means you talk to the person building your part, and nothing leaves the shop until it's right.

Capabilities
CNC plasma cutting with tight tolerances on steel and aluminum — from one-off prototypes to repeat production runs.
Brackets, frames, racks and hardware fabricated, welded and finished to your drawings or a napkin sketch.
Business signage, address plates, family monograms and shop art cut clean and ready to hang.
Bumpers, skid plates, mounts and repair panels built heavy enough for real work in the field.
We take your idea to file, nest it on the table and cut a test piece before committing to material.
Cut-panel firepits, wall art and outdoor pieces that hold up to weather and look expensive doing it.
Portfolio

Cut exactly what I drew up, first try. Fit my trailer perfect and the welds are clean.
Ordered a monogram for the porch. Way heavier steel than the online stuff and half the wait.
Young guy but he knows the table. Quoted fast, delivered faster, no runaround.
